Hi, was just advised by Hermia to post here.

I have bought a plot in Hartwick which has a small section of Linden Land in front - the idea being to have a little retreat with a water view. I've bought a house designed to maximise a downward view but there's a whacking great tree in the way.

I realise I have made a newbie error, and also that content won't be deleted, but this tree is much larger than the ones on either side of it (i.e. 100% larger) and is also intruding into my land itself i.e. waving through the floor where I wanted to go!

Is there any chance it could just be slightly amended please? Also is there any chance of buying that particular spot so I can moor up a boat or two for after those extra stressful RL days? :) The tree is at Hartwick 16,241,23.

I got the tree out of your way.

Any time a tree or growth intrudes into your private property from Linden-managed ground, please do let us know, and we'll remove it.

As to your other question: That parcel is Protected, which means it won't be scheduled for sale. So, bad news, no prospective expansion there. But good news, you have a nature preserve to enjoy from your back porch :)
