Governor Linden Land with house

The Land next to mine in Redear is owned by Governor Linden but have a house on it. I'd like to know if this land will be returned to public soon so I can have an opportunity to buy some of it or if it will remain that way for a long time then I'd like to see the house removed.

Brigit, I would need to know what sim it's in in order to investigate, as well as the coordinates. If you could please PM those to me here I would be happy to oblige you by looking into the status. Thanks!
