Parcel Subdivision and Dwell issues

Hi, I am part of the admin for a sim that is essentially a single parcel of land. We need to subdivide it into separate parcels (all belonging to the same group) so that we can enable different audio streams for the various sections of the sim. No problem, you might think. However the sim owner is concerned that such a move would adversely affect the dwell and traffic count for the sim. Is this the case if the subdivided parcels all belong to the same group that held the land originally? How is the dwell and traffic count calculated for group land when it consists of multiple parcels? Would the traffic and dwell be the same whether the group land is in one large parcel or several smaller parcels? I would appreciate a response on this soon as we have a meeting scheduled later this week to discuss this issue. Thanks.

This would not affect dwell calculated as a total for the group, but it would affect any Popular Places listings your group has.

Dwell/traffic would be calculated the same - a.k.a all one total for the group.

Yes.
