To whom it may concern,

I am and have been a resident in Barcola, Nova Albion, since it was on the auction block in 2004. After several updates, and potential resource overloads that may have sent original prims back to Gov Linden's inventory, I was hoping to get some cleanup work done. There are a few missing pieces of sidewalks, terraforming that has shifted (no lots are allowed terraforming to adjust for the sims erosion over time). I know it's original state well, and have some ideas of things I would to alongside Linden staff to assist:

1) Provide snapshots of areas missing some of the original infrastructure and have you repair it once I know who to send the pictures too with coordinates.

2) Create replacement items (I have the Nova Albion Textures and Objects from the original builds), and drop them on the right Linden for replacement.

3) Have you delete the pieces left in areas where it makes absolutely no sense to keep in their current state (i.e. a sidewalk hovering in mid air over a waterway on protected land).

I would very much like to assist. I just need to know who to correspond with in world and what would be the best way to complete the cleanup with minimal Linden involvement as I know your resources are tight.

Lastly, when I first bought my original lot there, I had a Linden (might have been Kelly at the time), remove a tree that always blew into my lot. This took some time to get completed and I was very happy when done. After being offline for some time - I have come back to find that someone planted a tree in that planter again - without a request - and it's a midget in comparison to all the others in the sim...not sure what someone was thinking when it was placed there.

Please advise on how we can work together to keep the unique city sims looking as good as they did when they were added to the grid.

Thank you,
Jay Knox

Hello Jay. I addressed a couple of things you mentioned here. You can try to catch me in world and I can look into the other things when I have some time. A note with descriptions and landmarks would be helpful. Thanks for your post.
