"Abandoned Land"... again

Hi Guy,

Awhile back I asked you to check a 512m parcel in Sami (Sami 18, 121,27) to see if it were abandoned and if so, set it back to First Land sale.

You discovered that the user was still inworld, so the parcel remained owned by them. The land was claimed by them in Nov 05, and shortly after my enquiry to you I joined the only Group the parcel owner was in in order to "track" when they logged. From the info I found back then, it appears they had only logged in once... back in Nov 05, right after they had bought the parcel and set "Pass" security bars up.

A short while ago I was going through my "now and then" check to see if the person had been online and noticed that they did not show up in the Group Member's list, yet, when I check About Land for the Parcel and clicked on the Owner's name, their Profile still shows them as belonging to the Group. Odd, I thought... but... with SL ya never know anymore, so I basically forgot about it.

Today, I had a thought and looked up the owner in Search/Find and saw that they are no longer listed as being in SL. Their Profile is still accessible through the land's About Land window but not through Search/Find. This leads me to wonder if the account is still "active", and if not, could the parcel (Sami 18, 121,27) be relaimed by Govenor Linden and recycled back to first land status?

So, if you could add this parcel to your list of "tasks" and check it out as you have time, I would really appreciate it. And of course, I'm sure that any future First Land buyer would appreciate it to. *grin*
