Possibly abandoned land

Hi, I have a neighbor in Sprawler who seems to no longer be in-game. She does not come up in search. I have tried emailing her a couple times in hopes of purchasing some, if not all, of her 3072sqm of land to expand my shop. But I have received no replies.

IF she is no longer in game and does NOT return, what amount of time and what steps do you take before turning the land over for sale?

Needless to say I'd be thrilled to be able to purchase this land if she has gone AWOL

I am also going to attempt to contact a friend of her's who has a home on her land.

I am surprised her name doesn't show in search anymore.

Any info on this would be greatly appreciated, I did not want to post her name here on the forums but can provide it to you in world.

Edited to add: There is quite a prim build up happening on this land as well, a crashed ship, plants and multiple boxes....some from our shop next door that folks are obviously stepping away to rez.
