Need some weeds removed

Hi,

I erected a new house and some weeds (which didn't affect my old house) are infringing in my living room floor and wall and my kitchen floor. Could you please remove them?

Location is: Kyonu, 75,80,37. (Some of them can only be seen from a certain angle.)

Also, my neighbor's deck is jutting into my house. I asked him a couple of months ago to move it off my property, but he did not and since the center of his house is not on my land, auto return does not work on it. Now, with my new house, his deck is actually jutting into my living room. I believe my home is entirely within my boundary lines, and if you agree, can you please ask him to move his deck? I sent an IM two days ago and have not had a response yet. I don't know what else to do about it.
