Looks as if Governor Linden being the generous soul that he is is allowing people to build what they like on his land as he has auto return set to zero.
What surprises me is that despite bug reports posts on this forum. no-one has responded.
And sending an IM to Governor Linden is a waste of time cos it gets ignored.
So set up a few vendors shops build your castle while the going is good. cos free land for all now seems policy.
