Intruding Prim and Potential First Land

I have a First Land plot in Morrison and there is a 512m plot beside (Morrison 148, 237) that has a prim intruding into my plot. The owner does not show up in a User Search. Does this count as abandoned? Can we fix this prim?

Also right beside that plot (Morrison 135, 239) is a 512m Governor Linden owned plot that would probably make good First Land.

Hello Bohkka. It is a little too early to clear this plot, but I was able to help with the object encroachment.
