Abandoned Land

Hi Lindens,
I own the Impulse Buys Mall and have been trying to contact a neighboring land owner, Roz Riel for a month now and have never seen him on his land. Somebody dropped a black object box (a radio of some sort). Anyhow his land is located at Hyun (247,84,84) and I think he's abandoned the land. Hoping if it can get returned to the Linden's (if abandoned) so I can have a chance to buy it.
