Hi there, you may have some trouble selling the First Land plot at Celerio 24, 241, 54 - the next-door neighbour Kaie Shui has built a floating platform over half of it with ramps down into their property - you might want to get that moved to make it look at leat a little more sellable. Either that or the first resident will have problems, I suspect...
