Object not deleteable

I am the owner of a parcel in Kali 109,193,29 and there is an atv on my parcel that will not give me the option to delete or return. The owner of the atv is not someone I know. This was never a problem prior to 1.12. It does not show up on the prim count for my parcel but looks bad. The builder was a Linden,The owner is not.
Help please!
