Below grade shrub

Hi, there is a shrub nearly buried at Yamato 142, 238 ,28 its on a bit of linden land next to the road. Prop lines are a bit jagged along there so you might want to turn them on so you can see.

Please do NOT move the palm trees, or the other bush .. but if you could remove or raise the one that is nearly buried, it would be much appreciated.
