Engrailed Sim Linden Owned Parcel

Can you please set the parcel at Engrailed 153.141.60 to auto return in order to rid the area of the nasty spinning for sale sign? It is Linden owned at the moment and sitting right in the middle of a piece I own. I would also like to purchase this small parcel if that is possible.
