Auto Return on SLRR (Linden) Land in Zale

In Zale the SLRR RailroadRight of way does not have autoreturn set on it. Things often are all over the tracks, stopping the train and causing it to reset dumping it's passingers on the ground.

Main right of way needs Autoreturn 80,176,28
Station plot needs it too 70,191,29

In fact there are 600 PRIMS! not owned by gov linden on the SLRR property
