We have noticed today that the land between Dalnim and Chumong has been changing. Some waterfront property owners are now looking at the land that has formed behind their houses. Will this pattern continue for other property owners in this area. Will the property owners that have lost their water get it back? Thanks in advance.

Hello Sandpup. These regions allow 4m terraforming. The water in these regions is shallow and the land owners have raised their land out of the water. This may or may not change with the current or future owners.
