Sim performance excruciatingly poor

I have tried asking about this on Live Help, and have yet to ever receive a response, so I do not know where else to ask...

I have a fairly large plot of land with a store on it in Sawrey at 144,199 and it is quite uncommon to ever have more than two or three people in Sawrey concurrently. In fact, there is not much in this region, as by now most of the land is for sale by people making an apparent mass exodus.

Since shortly after my group acquired the land several weeks ago, the lag has been excruciating. In the last two or three days it's worsened to the point that I just wanna sell the land, write off the many thousands of $L I have spent, and be done with the whole idea entirely. People can hardly even walk around, and the Time Dilation bounces constantly between 0.15 and 0.85, staying on the lower end of that range much of the time. Script time is pretty intense much of the time as well. As you can imagine, this has a strong negative impact on all of our sales, as nobody wants to stay for more than 10 seconds or so.

Is there any way to ask someone to look into why this is happening? Or is this just symptomatic of a much more common issue? I had read somewhere that it was possible to request a sim reset when TD is down to 0.1 for no apparent reason (and like I said I am often the only person in the whole region), but have had no luck in finding out whether it is in fact possible to request such a thing.

I look forward to your response. Thank you very much.

Hello RobbyRacoon. I went to Sawrey and hung out for a short while and did not see any performance issues. I am not doubting that you may have issues here, but it looked stable while I was checking. If you are continuing to see an issue here, try to contact a Liaison while the region is having trouble so it can be checked out while the source may be active and easier to pinpoint.
