Sandbox Island Infortation Station signs missing

In Sandbox Island and Sandbox Island Extension, there is a 400sqm plot of land lurking in both sims with the name "Island Building Information Station".... but there is nothing on it.

It's somewhat annoying because with Property Lines off it cannot be seen at all by newbies, but it has autoreturn at five minutes which screws up any build that accidently overlaps the bare plot of land.

Can you either:
a. Make it normal sandbox land with no autoreturn, or
b. Put up the usual Information Station signs that are in Cordova/Goguen/etc?


Also would it be possible to move it off to the edge of the sim? It's autoreturn 5 minutes all the way up to 768 meters and beyond, which means you cannot build anything high above it and it consumes precious free-space building area.

Otherwise, could there possibly be signs hovering at 100m, 200m, 300m, 400m, etc warning potential builders of the autoreturn land column?
