Neighbor's Trees Entering My Building

I have just built a new nightclub in Gilum (45,154,57) and the trees on 1 of my neighbor's property are coming right through my South wall. I have sent 2 im's since beginning construction 1-2 weeks ago and have received no reply. Would greatly appreciate if the trees could be moved back far enough to stop this. Thank You.
