Buying Linden owned land

Hello,
There is a small piece of land that Governor Linden owns that doesn't say Protected Land anywhere on it. I wanted to know if I could buy this since it is right next to my land that i own. The land I am talking about is 496 sq. meters and is at Palulop 107,74
