Sammammish - ground gone wild

Specifically at and surrounding Sammammish (142,80). I end up swimming around until I hit solid ground somewhere and it extends beyond my property into at least two other neighboring properties. Continued after logging out and back in.

This is definitely something that needs to be bug reported, sorry I can't be of more assistance.
