Waterway obstructed in Kafiri

Hello,

It looks like sometime within the last 8 hours or so, someone raised a bunch of Governor Linden's land in Kafiri (along the border with Uba) to the point of it sticking out of the water. It is unsightly and blocks most passage for boats, not to mention the rather nice view in the area.

This must have been dealt with over the weekend because I'm not seeing a trace of problems between Kafiri and Uba. :O
