Question about land in Shepherd

There is a 1824 sq m plot of land in Shepherd (218,178) that is getting littered with items. When I search for the owner, that owner does not even show up anymore.

Is it possible this user is no longer valid? If so, could you please reclaim the land and returned the items, so that these littered objects are no longer an eye sore.

Hello Damek. I looked into this plot and found I was able to prep it and send it to the auction queue.
