I'm unsure if this would go here or into some other forum for change requests inside secondlife itself.
I've been to a lot of clubs and sims with my time in SL. I've seen a lot of griefers and people trying to cause trouble. What's worse is that land owners do not entirely get rid of them when they are banned. As long as banned players are allowed to place objects inside land parcels they can commit harrassment with self replicating prims, cages, object obstruction, profanity through pictures, push objects, and other acts of vandalism. This causes a lot of reports that need to be generated to deal with the problem which takes up the lindens time.
stop it at the source.
if someone is banned or restricted from entering land as a player, their objects should not be allowed to enter or work inside that area (say if on a piece of ajoining land using a push script, that should not travel over to the land they are banned from). This also makes it a lot easier for players to manage thier land and reduces the need to set up return times for people outside the land owner's group. An added bonus would be privacy for people that restrict their land for intamacy reasons, killing off any remote cameras or hidden listeners planted by individuals.
Please make this a priority Lindens, a lot of players are getting sick and tired or griefers ruining game play for hours on end and waiting for our abuse reports to be reviewed.
