Linden Land in Sprawler

There's a very large parcel in Sprawler owned by Governor Linden that literally cuts all my land in half. I would like to own this parcel of land because I am trying to buy the whole sim and the Linden Land is a very long parcel right down the middle of the sim.

Please respond ASAP.
