Question about how things work here

I just started playing this game...obviously heh. The first land I purchased was near "protected land" that seems like it is supposed to be a road in the future. But all along this undeveloped road there are quite a bit of small broken parcels of land that arer owned by Gov. Linden and are not protected. I instant messaged Gov. Linden about how I could go about purchasing such land and he told me to ask Guy, who told me to post the location on this forum so it could be made public for auction.

It see many people here asking for parcels to be auctioned, and eventually the get responded to. But I can't help but notice when I look at the auction page, there are absolutely zero small parcels for auction, in fact the smallest I have seen is 1500 or so.

I have traveled to more developed areas to check out the roadsides and noticed there were no little unclaimed broken pieces of land.

So I guess my question is...are these little parcels of land ever going to be auctioned? If so, are they all lumped together and sold as a whole? Just want to know so I can decide if I should just sell my land and buy elsewhere cause whle my land does have one tiny corner touching the protected land and has small lots on each side with lots of exposure to the protected land which would be nice to own if possible.

Thank you for any responses.

Hello Odio. Once it is determined that a plot of land can be resold, plots that are 513m or larger are set up for auction. Plots that are 512m are either set up as First Land, or simply set for sale for anyone to purchase. The plots that are smaller than 512m are set up and sold to anyone for L$1 per meter.

I am aware of a number of small plots primarily along Protected Land in First Land regions. These will eventually be available for sale. I do not have a time schedule for this. If there is a specific plot you are interested in that borders your land, let me know and I will see what I can do about making it available.
