What are plans for Linden protected land

I live in Sagwa, a recent First Land Sim that is just starting to evolve. There is a strip of Linden Land running through it that looks like someday it could be a road or a rail bed.

Can I find out what the plan is for that strip? Can I make suggestions? Can I volunteer to do some work?

What I have in mind, in keeping with the still raw nature of most of the properties around the road, is to put in a simple rustic board walk and a few plants, but of course I would need build rights on the land.

Hello Lee. Protected Land provides a green space and or a right of way through a region. I would like to see a road through here, but no plan for construction at this time. I have had a number of requests similar to yours for working on projects like this and we may explore a public works group in the future.
