Linden land in Apoda

Land that was apparently abandoned and reverted to Linden ownership needs to have the autoreturn turned on it. There's getting to be a number of air vehicles and other junk littering the place. The worst problem's on the lot at Apoda (139, 139)--that's where the junk's been piling up--but the lot at Apoda (194, 154) also doesn't have autoreturn turned on.
