Potentially abandoned land?

Hello-

I own all of the land surrounding a parcel on Nari (144,200,124) that seems to be abandoned. The owner has no-access turned on so it is a major blockage in the middle of my property. The owner hasn't responded to any IMs sent and I have no indication that s/he has been in world at all since buying it as first land.

Is there a process that Linden has for reclaiming abandoned land, and of course... I am interested in purchasing the land if it should go back on the market. How does this all work?

Hello Hayduke. This land is not abandoned, I am unable to help with this. Continue to try to contact the resident if you are interested in it. If the resident quits paying for the land it will be reclaimed and resold.
