Sandboxes being battlefields

It seems the majority of my PvP Abuse reports have come from sandboxes.

If I wanted PvP I would go to WoW, or Lineage 2.

Can't the sandboxes be managed better for us builders trying to make SL a better place and the KIDS that want to work off their doom-fetish go somewhere else?

Maybe designate some of the larger sandboxes as non-weapon, non-whatever.
