Abandoned land full of trash.

There is a lot next to my house in Hibdon that was abandoned and reverted to Gov Linden land. The problem is that it was left as ok to build on, and has no autoreturn, so it's been filling up with trash. Some of it is really big and bleeds over to my land.

Will someone please at least clean it up for me? Thank you.
