There is a small parcel of land 512 sqm in Mooaleo (124, 175,26) that has a tall building on it. It was erected shortly after the owner was "born" back in April and it hasn't been touched nor visited since then. How can this be taken care of or the owner contacted, this person has not been on when randomly checked in this time period.

We were curious how to find out if the owner is even around, it is a rather unsightly building.
