I dont know where to go now, I've been sending e mails all over and almost one week later, still no response from LL.

I owned the equivalent of a sim scattered all over sl. My tier fee was 195 US a month. My billing date has been on the 11th since I joined SL.
I needed to buy some land and waited till the 11th was over to buy it supposing they would charge my account on that date. September 11th came and went and nothing happened, my account didnt move, I still owed my month and my billing date was still september 11th.
I e mailed the billing department to ask them to please charge me so I could be free to buy the land I needed. No response, not even the automated response they usually send.
I waited another day and still nothing. I then came to the forums (wednesday) and read that many people were complaining about the same, sl wasnt charging the fees or the accounts. Well, I thought that since it was a known issue, that they would charge it when they got their things right and went ahead and bought the land, supposing they would notice that I had bought AFTER my billing date, in fact, it was 3 days after they were supposed to bill me. I noticed then that in my account page the amount due had increased 97.50, so I sent them an e mail explaining what had happened and that I would only pay what I owed, that's 195 + 22.50 of my quarterly account. And left in that account only that amount.
On the 14th, thursday I got a sweet e-mail from billing@ (no name) telling me they would let me sign up even if I hadnt paid, but that I had a week to make my payment. That's soooooooo nice! AND they changed my billing date to the 14th !!! Is that cheating or what??? I have copies of my account page, copies I made to e mail them, so it wont be that easy for them to get away with this.
I of course e-mailed them, got an automated response with an ID. So I looked for the concierge, he answered my IM and was very polite, very nice, told me to e mail him the details, which I did, and that's the last I knew of him.
I still had those red numbers in my account till a few minutes ago when I needed to buy some lindens to buy some land, they asked me to verify the bank account and when I did, they charged the whole 315 US. I've looked for the concierge, there are 3 of them, and none is online, I know by now that e mailing billing@ is useless, I'll just get another automated response if I'm lucky, so..... do I have to pay 97.50 US for their mistakes in billing times??? do I have to pay 97.50 for something I dont owe???
Is there ONE, only ONE person who could answer me??? Not telling me to e mail yet another machine, I really NEED CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE, will LL provide it to me please???
