Bit of an odd case. I group own land between my two alts Marth Rocco and Marth Edge in Hughes, nearly all of the sim minus a few surrounding plots. The land I own surrounds a 512 meter plot owned by Dave Eisenberg, a particular neighbor I did not get along with well. It appears since our last encounter he's been banned, apparently for well over two months. Considering that and the fact my land surrounds it, i'd like to purchase it for whatever the standard going rate is. Let me know if that's possible.
