MAJOR crashes

ok
here we go
first i reset my internet and rebooted my pc did everything i was told to do in live help and was still experancing sound problems
cracking and poping
switched headphones switched speakers
call my isp to see if there were connection probs
i was not loseing pakets ping was below 200
i went to live help early this morning i had looked at everything they seggested b4 hadn but did it again... then now every time i log in....OH and i have checked my settings also......... and turn n music i crash ... but if i dont witin 60 to 90 seconds my hole pc locks up and i have to hard reboot .. no viruses...... i checked....... and yes i am sending in my crash reports
i have spent over $150 USD in sl this month + my fees for being a paying member
i am not on a free account....... i was just wondering can anyone out there help me.. or is this another file a report .. and nothing happens thing........?
