The sim, Wall, has had performance gradually degrading over the last 2 months. This is where my store is and having the sim crash several times (2 days ago it crashed and did not come back up for over an hour) or having lag so bad no one can move is truly bad for my business.
The sim is not overburdened, at most there may be 20 people in the sim and that is rarely, and there are no clubs or heavy traffic areas as the sim is mainly residential.
I have spoken to several linden liaisons in the last few weeks and told an email was sent to the engineers to look into it but the problems continue. This is getting very frustrating and I would really appreciate a better response than "I'll pass this on to engineering" followed by weeks of silence and continued sim issues.
It's becoming a daily thing for me to contact a liaison to reboot the sim or look into the lag issues.
Is there anything that can be done?
