Question about land in Parva

Hello, I am interested in purchasing a piece of land in Parva that shows it is for sale for a huge amount by a current owner. After sending the resident messages, i have got not response. When i used the search to locate this resident....it says no such person. I am wondering if this land is abandoned and can be put up for auction or if i can just purchase it at a fair market price directly? The parcel is located on the Parva sim at the coordinates 215, 19, 29 and the owner name was RayHoolie Brewster.

Hello Dean. I am unable to do anything with this land at the present time. Keep your eye on it, the status could change within a months time.
