Set auto return in water sims Henshaw & Elderbridge

These water sims and another one south of these two are not auto returning objects, so they are beginning to collect a variety of stuff such as watermelon bullets, a sail boat, a helicopter, etc. Please turn on autoreturn in these sims.

Also, It appears that "no script" is set for some if not all of these sims, which has resulted in my sailboat not working when I sailed thru one of them and paused for a bit.
