What does it mean that I cannot reply to a response to my own post? Who locked the post? If I take the time to post, and LL responds that they will pass my thoughts along, does that address my issue? If this was a RL business - and LL certainly operates with the same aggressiveness as a business - there is always a follow-up date. Where is the follow-up date for " I will be sure to pass your thoughts along"?

All posts are locked. Unless you are an admin or have special clearance, you can only post to this forum as is mentioned in the sticky. I have no way of knowing all the projects that people are on, but I can vouch for myself - when I say I'm going to pass your thoughts along and see if someone who is better equipped to look into matters to address them, I will - and have.
