I concerned about a parcel called "Jackson Strutt's Land" in Hawthorne. The owner Jackson Strutt has a lifetime account, but I believe he has left SL and does not intend to return. His Forums profile says: "Last Activity: 08-09-2003 12:58 AM". Notice on the Profile page there is a link to send email, but email is disabled for this user so I sent a message to the Forum Master instead to try and get in touch with Jackson Strutt.
Have a look at "Jackson Strutt's Land" in Hawthorne; it is an eyesore, "like living next to a website from 1997," one neighbor said. It occupies the Northeast corner of Hawthorne.
Lindens, please consider this situation. This parcel is being wasted. It impedes the progress of residents who want to develop it and keep it up to date. I will continue to try and contact the owners but ultimately if he has no intention of returning we are stuck unless the Lindens decide to do something.
