Land loss after confusion

Hi there, me (Laroderr Dulce) and my friend (Viaticus Speculaas) had a land problem that cost us to loose our land..Here is the story;

We bougt some land at Loon and we wanted to fuse them as group land...I tried fusing with Deeding options and Contributing options but didn't work as we planned.. so i gave my land to Viaticus so i could get it back for group.. as a result i couldn't get it back...it asked Viaticus to comfirm for land but we didn't want to comfirm...we waited 48 hours and we came back to check the land....The land was given to Governor Linden and i lost 14K of 4096 land...

Is there a way to get the land back or a refund...??

Land is located at Loon (40,110)..
