Access to Tompson

I composing this while trapped underground in Portage (or maybe Tompson - read on) - the end result of my tenth attempt to reach Tompson today...

There is some intermittent issue with access to Tompson, and having bought a large chunk, with real money (US$), I'm getting pretty fed up wit it!

I can't use my land - I can't sell off the chunk I want to sell! Because neither I, nor potential purchasers can get to it!

Earlier today the Honwan/Tompson sim border kept crashing me.

Now, though I can get in via that border, when I land, there isn't any Tompson.
Right now that's happening on both the Tompson/Honwan sim border AND the Portage/Tompson border. so flying in via the only two possible routes is impossible.

Ok, so land in Portage and walk in? Well the map shows me in Tompson, but my location shows as Portage and I'm underground! So much for that idea...

I'm pretty damn fed up with this - what have I bought? What am I paying Tier for?

Will someone PLEASE get this problem fixed, because I've pretty much had it with Linden Labs and it's attitude to paying customers and their legitimate complaints!

Surely we deserve something resembling decent service for our hard earned dollars?

I'll take a look into the matter Doc, but this is something that you would likely need to address to [email]support@secondlife.com[/email] - these forums are meant for land maintainence in regards to roads, bad textures, trees in weird places, etc. Please be sure to read the sticky!

I'm not sure how much I can do, but I promise I will investigate right now. ^^

Well I've spent several moments flying into, out of, around and above Tompson with no issues whatsoever. It's time to consult the email address posted in my above reply.
