Our group land borders a 512m lot in Podul (23, 172, 131) on three sides, and we'd really like to buy it if possible. It was acquired as firstland by the current owner, but he never seems to be online. I've sent him IMs, and received no response. It has not been that long since it was originally acquired, so I was wondering if there is a way to put a reserve on it to buy if it becomes abandoned. Thanks for any help here or in game. Hello Arkesh. This land is not abandoned, so I am unable to help with this. I can not reserve the land for the future. Three other people besides your group touch this land, so if it is not sold by the owner, it would likely become a new First Land plot again. You are welcome to watch the owner status and ask again if it changes.
