It's is getting harder and harder to find Linden Land with an auto-Return on..
I feel that ALL Protected land must have this to stop building and others using it.
Or it should not be Protected...

Well, when I set up new sims it's definitely something on my checklist, and that's one of the functions of this forum actually - to provide a place for people to post where it wasn't done before I came along and got all fastidious about it. *grins* If you happen to stumble across one or more areas like this, please post it here and I will rectify the situation as quickly as possible.
