16 sq mt plot next to mine

Last week a land swooper came in an snagged a 144 sq mt plot since then their account appears to have been close but not before most of the land was sold. I have repurchased part of it from the new owner but there is still a 16 sq mt plot that was never sold and still under the no longer existing accounts name i am wondering if there is a way to re-aquire this small piece of land.
