Req Tree Removal on Protected Land

Hello.

My first land is a lovely narrow lot on an incline with a georgous view. Unfortunately, due to the steep incline and the narrowness of the lot, land-based building space is at a premium. The lot directly in front of mine is protected land and there is a clump of trees right on the border that makes it hard to see from different angles. Manuvering and visibility while editing and building is very frustrating.

Can someone kindly remove these trees?

My lot: Paranthrene 91, 214.
