I lowered my land (Pimushe 20,43) into the water to allow watercraft access, but where my land meets the gov's land, there is sudden uprising of the govs land to just beneath the water, then droppong off sharply again on the other side. Boats can't clear this string of mini mountains. Is there a way to lower these to match up with my land and the rest of the gov's land? purrrrrfect! Thankies!
