Lake being destroyed in Gnoma

Not sure if this is the right area to post but here goes. There is a lake at Gnoma (187,59,51) that is currently being removed and covered by a store structure called Future Mall. I am not aware if this is protected land or not, however, I thought land features like lakes and rivers not made by users where not supposed to be altered significantly or removed. I purchased the land I own in Siona next door a couple weeks back partly because I had a nice view of the lake and now the beauty of the lake is being destroyed. Thank you for your assistance and any clarifications.

Hello Minerva. The land here is privately owned and not protected. There are no specifics on preserving the land features of resident owned land.
