Hi All,
A friend and I purchased first land on adjacent 512m lots. We have created a group so that we can work out joint ownership/permissions problems for property that is shared across the two plots.
Here's the question: if we both deed our 512m plots to the group, then the group has 1024m and is subject to land use fees, correct? Can we also "donate" our 512m of "free land use" to the group in order to avoid land-use fees?
We're just trying to get the hang of all of this and want it to remain free until we're more serious.
Thanks, Myo

Hello Myopia. If you make a tier contribution to the group, the one(s) that make the donation are responsible for maintaining the tier and the associated fees. You can choose to use the 512m you are allowed with your premium account to go to a group. The group does not develop a new, seperate tier, the land used by the group is covered by the donations.
