Awkward no-script linden waterway in Waterhead.

Hi, there is a large (15440 sqm) parcel of linden river in Waterhead sim at 132,224,2 which is set to no-script. This makes travel under the bridge there very difficult.

The land is owned by Guvenor Linden and has quite a high traffic rating

Would it be possible to split off part near the bridge and allow scripting so boats can sail past?
